MuralColors™ Mural Cloth is the first large-scale outdoor or indoor synthetic fabric for permanent mural installations. It is an eco-friendly, bright white polymer fabric substrate designed for maximum durability and outdoor stability. It has a premium bright white acrylic coating encapsulating the polymer fibers. Mural Cloth is designed to provide an excellent painting surface with a non-reflective finish offering excellent abrasion resistance, optimal color vibrancy and surface tooth. Ships ready to paint! No sizing or gessoing required. Stable when exposed to sunlight, mold and biomatter, rainfall and hot and freezing climates.

Mural Cloth can be painted on both sides, is fire rated per ASTM E84 and NFPA 701 FR, and is compatible with MuralColors Preservation System.
Sizes: Mural Cloth is available in 60 inch, 126 inch and 197 inch wide rolls and is sold by the yard. Multiple yard orders will be cut based on your selection. Full length rolls measure approximately 162 feet long. Trim with heavy duty fabric scissors. Mural Cloth ships in a special rolled fold to reduce creases. Fabric creases relax once opened, stretched, or exposed to warm air or sunlight. Please Note: For Orders longer than 36 Yards, please contact us to arrange for freight shipping.
Customized Product: Each order is custom cut, thus once your order is processed, it is non-refundable.
Painting Surface: Suitable for all types of fine art acrylic paints, spray paints, house paints, fine art aerosols or airbrushes, and mixed media. Also suitable for fine art oils and sign painting media. Paintable on both sizes. Note that the back of Mural Cloth has more tooth for better adhesion when gluing on walls.
Use over: Exterior cement walls, concrete masonry unit walls, EIFS walls, smoothed stucco surfaces, low relief brick, indoor drywall surfaces, wood paneling, or stretched taught.
Install with: Mural Gel acrylic adhesive (marouflage), strainers, or spring systems with edge reinforcement. Permanent when installed with Mural Gel, and removable when required.

Oversized Orders: Your Mural Cloth order may ship lightly folded in a way that minimize creases. Mural Cloth is self healing and any folds will settle when stretched or installed. Any remaining creases can be easily flattened by spraying water and using a hair dryer on medium heat while Mural Cloth is under light tension. Keep applying tension while Mural Cloth cools and the fibers will resettle flat.

Tips for Adhesive Install: Prepare wall surfaces by thoroughly cleaning them with a power washer or bristle brush and soap to remove any oils or loose debris. Apply ColorShield to consolidate the wall after cleaning (Optional). Apply Acrylic Mural Adhesive in a thick manner to keep wet. Roll up your painted mural and carefully unroll over the adhesive. Use a squeegee or roller to work any bubbles out from behind the Mural Cloth. If adhesive gets on the surface of your mural, quickly wipe the surface using a wet cloth. If your mural is larger than 197 inches wide, seams can be painted over once installed.
